Our headquarters is located at 4785 Patton Lane, Raleigh, US 27603. All orders are meticulously prepared in our Raleigh facility before being shipped worldwide (excluding select remote areas in Asia).

We offer a thoughtfully curated selection including:

Many of our pieces, like our bar & counter stools and coffee tables, are designed with versatility in mind, making them ideal for both spacious rooms and cozy nooks. Product dimensions are listed for each item to help you plan your space.

You’ll receive email notifications at every stage of your order, from dispatch to doorstep delivery. For express shipments via DHL or FedEx, you can track your package in real-time using the provided tracking number.

We offer two delivery options:

• Express Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Complimentary Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

All orders undergo 1-2 days of careful processing in our Raleigh facility before shipping.

Yes, we ship worldwide with the exception of select remote areas (particularly in Asia). Our global delivery maintains the personal attention of your neighborhood boutique, ensuring your Homelora pieces arrive with care no matter where you’re located.

Most items ship in parcels that don’t require appointment scheduling. However, for larger furniture pieces, we recommend being available to receive and inspect your delivery.

We stand behind every piece with a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be in original condition with all packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
