Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders over $50 USD
Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Homelora pieces as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process for most items.
Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Eligible Items: Most products including bookcases, beds, bath accessories, bar stools, blankets, and other home furnishings
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces (including select beds & headboards)
- Fragile items marked “Final Sale” (such as certain chandeliers and glass bowls)
- Personalized botanical decor
- Opened candles
- Used bath accessories
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for quicker processing.
- Pack Securely: Return items in original packaging with all tags attached. Fragile items like bowls and cake stands must be packed with protective materials.

Exchange Process
For exchanges of items like coffee tables or benches:
- Follow the same return process above
- Include a note specifying the replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
Note: Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges to different product categories (e.g., exchanging a bookcase for a bed frame).
Refund Information
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
